I'm Cheryl Perez (CP)

I’m not truly sure how you found me…but I am so glad you are here!

I’m guessing you are trying to figure out who the heck I am and what the heck I do.

Well… generally I help those who lead businesses and organizations achieve success…whatever that success looks and feels like for them! That’s my “Why”! I like seeing people happy when they accomplish a dream!

It makes me all mushy inside when I can listen to someone tell me what they want and need…and then I am able to help them make it happen!

I’m a business fixer (like Olivia Pope)….A fixer of what’s broken and preventing you from reaching your goal!

More specifically…

My expertise is in helping entrepreneurs, small business and non-profit leaders to:

1. Set up their organizational structures.

2. Create and document their organizational systems & processes

3. Create actionable strategies and growth plans

4. Build their Human Resource capacity (I am a certified SPHR) and create more efficiency for them and their teams...

Ultimately, freeing up their time and mental space so they can achieve greatness and move the needle in their businesses and lives.

The key is what I call my 4S Freedom Framework ™ which focuses on building bullet proof structures along with creating actionable strategies…The framework just systematizes your organization so that it can run without you, which helps you focus on what matters most, on growing, chillin’, and connecting with your customers on a deeper level, creating real value, changing the world and having fun along the way!
